Ingredients

large head cauliflower
3
tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
fresh parsley
1
tbsp
fresh chives
1
clove
garlic
crashed

salt

black pepper
Instructions
Cut cauliflower into florets
Steam cauliflower for 8 to 10 minutes until very soft
Drain well to remove excess water
Transfer cauliflower to blender or bowl
Add olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper
Blend or mash until smooth
Stir in chopped parsley and chives
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed
