Ingredients

  • 2 cans sardines in olive oil 3.75 oz / 106 g each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cucumber
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups leafy greens

Instructions

  • Wash and chop the cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
